Kaitlin Ferrara

Kaitlin Ferrara

Coach - PM

Coach Kaitlin grew up in a small town in New Jersey. In 2013 while living in NYC, She was bored with the routine of going to a regular gym. One day she walked by a CrossFit gym and saw a girl about her size lifting A LOT of weight over her head in a way Kaitlin had never seen before. Enthralled, she immediately walked in.

Soon after, her mindset started to change about fitness all together from trying to do as much cardio as possible to be “skinny”, to wanting to feel and look STRONG.  Two years later Kaitlin loved it so much that she got her CrossFit Level 1 Certification to coach so she could help others become functionally fit.

“As a coach, seeing people grow mentally and physically stronger is truly rewarding.  I also want women to understand that weightlifting & strength training will not make you “bulky”, I’ve been trying for years, trust me.”
